Below is the wizard form that students use to set up lessons with a teacher for the first time. Though they can schedule individual lessons, its recommended to set up recurring engagements. The form I was provided was extremely long and tedious, so my goal was to break it into manageable chunks and make it as fun and easy to use as possible.
